Job Description

Metro South Health in Brisbane is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join the Adult Community Continuing Care Team North in Woolloongabba on a permanent, full time basis. You will deliver advanced specialist nursing care within a collaborative community mental health setting.

The role focuses on leading assessments, care planning and management of complex needs, applying sound clinical judgement, and providing strong clinical leadership and education to the team, with a commitment to quality
