The Role

n

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring precise documentation of all client-related interactions. You will deliver holistic care that aligns with Consumer Directed Careprinciples, andliaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.

Responsibilities include:

n

- Promotes and delivers holistic care focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.
n
- Delivers nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies
n
- Provides delegated nursing care and individualised case management for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:

n

n
- Diploma of Nursing (required)
n
- Experience in aged care (highly desirable)
n
- Robust knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Clinical Practices and Standards, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and Patient Case Management skills.
n




- Excellent communication, adaptive thinking, planning and prioritisation, and cross-functional team working skills.
n
- Prior to commencement - complete aNational PoliceCheckand or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
