Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, driving commercial performance and building a best-in-class team.

✅ Establishing and scaling a new business unit within an already successful organisation

✅ Driving revenue, profitability and market share growth

✅ Leading business development, commercial, marketing and bid/tender functions

✅ Building strategic partnerships and identifying new market opportunities

✅ Coaching, developing and inspiring a high-performing team

✅ Influencing executive-level decision-making and shaping future business strategy

What we're looking for





✔ Proven leadership experience in growth, commercial, sales or business development environments

✔ A track record of building and executing successful growth strategies

✔ Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability

✔ Experience leading large, high-performing teams

✔ Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

✔ Existing networks within the Facilities Management, Commercial Cleaning or Property Services sectors will be highly regarded

✔ Established relationships with key client-side decision-makers that can support new business growth would be a significant advantage
