Our story. It started with a family and their challenge to find disability support that worked for them. They needed more and knew that people with disabilities could have more independence, choice, and control in their lives. The Hireup purpose was born, and now we strive to enable the pursuit of a good life for everyone.

What are we looking for? We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable support workers in Alice Springs to join our mission of setting a current standard for support. Hireup support workers are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability and older Australians, and are committed to high standards of quality.

Your background:

We are currently seeking support workers who have hands-on experience.

Desirable experience with the following supports:

- Diabetes, medication and/or mealtime management

- Behaviour Support

- Manual handling (including hoisting)

- Personal care

- CPAP Machine
- Ability to write detailed progress notes and complete incident reports

Qualifications Required:

- Certificate III or higher in a relevant field (or willing to obtain within 2 years)

Shift times: This is a casual role; usual shift times are:

- Any day, inactive sleepovers
- Weekend short shifts 10 am to 12 pm
- Weekday short shifts start from 2 pm or 4 pm

Mandatory documents required:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check




- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Full First Aid
- Right to work in Australia
- National Police Check - Completed within the past 24 months
- Full Australian Driver's Licence
