Care Pivot is seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide care and support in the following areas:

- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Mental Health
- Stroke
- Participants with mobility issues

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored support for participants with behaviors of concern.
- Assist participants in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience working with participants with acquired brain injuries.
- Ability to work long support hours (6–10 hours per shift).
- Availability to work inactive night shifts, weekdays, and weekends.
- A valid driver's license.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Pay Rates

SCHADS Award - Social and Community Services / Disability Services

Classification - Level 1 Point 1

Pay: $34.44 – $75.76 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
