About the Role
As an NDIS Support Worker, you will provide personalised support based on each participant’s needs, goals and preferences. The role may include:
- Personal care including showering, grooming and dressing
- Safe manual handling and hoist use where required
- Assistance with meal preparation, household tasks and daily living
- Medication reminders and support within your scope of practice
- Community access, shopping, appointments and social activities
- Supporting independence, confidence and capacity building
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and reporting concerns
- Following individual support plans and NDIS Practice Standards

Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services or a related qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check, where applicable
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Relevant manual handling and/or medication training
- COVID-19 vaccination where required by current regulations

Pay: $31.00 – $39.00 per hour
