Hourly Rate: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications) Superannuation

Availability Required: Monday to Sunday (Day shifts) occasional sleepover shifts

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to an NDIS participant. This role focuses on promoting independence, community participation, and assisting with daily living skills in a respectful home environment.

We are specifically looking for a support worker who brings life experience, emotional maturity, a calm demeanor, and strong communication skills to the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with daily living tasks, household organization, and meal preparation.
- Must have valuable Communication skills.
- Must have an experience in dealing with Behaviours and Epilepsy. (Mandatory)
- Providing transport and support for community participation, appointments, and social activities.




- Delivering skill-building assistance to support the participant’s independence and NDIS goals.
- Providing overnight care during scheduled sleepover shifts.
- Maintaining clear, accurate daily case notes and documentation.
- Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must hold or be willing to immediately obtain the following:

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or a valid Working with Vulnerable People/WWVP card).
- National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (Quality, Safety and You).
- Infection Control Training certificate.
