We are looking for a mature, reliable and confident Support Worker to join the team supporting a male participant with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) on Bribie Island.
The role includes Inactive Sleepovers and Community Acess
We are looking for someone who:
- Is confident working with complex behaviours
- Is calm, consistent and able to maintain professional boundaries
- Is comfortable working independently
- Is reliable and a valuable fit for an established team
- Has experience with ABI or complex support needs, ideally
Female support workers are preferred due to participant preference; however, male applicants will also be considered if they are the right fit. Casual hourly rates based on experience and qualifications, plus applicable penalty rates and inactive sleepover allowance under the SCHADS Award.
