About the Client

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a male client living with Autism and Intellectual Disability, with non-verbal communication needs and behaviours of concern.

The successful Support Worker will be comfortable supporting a client who communicates primarily through non-verbal methods and will be willing to learn and use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), such as communication apps, visual supports and gestures.

Shift Available:

- Tuesday | Primary Support Worker
- Standard shift: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
- Flexible start between 11:00am and 2:00pm, with the shift finishing by 4:00pm

- Approximately 2 hours

Support includes providing 1:1 support with personal care, daily living activities, meal preparation, communication using AAC/non-verbal methods, and safe participation at home and in the community. Experience supporting clients with behaviours of concern is highly regarded.

About the Client

We are seeking a Support Worker to support a client living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and OCD.

The client enjoys community activities and would benefit from a Support Worker who is friendly, engaging and comfortable supporting community participation

Shifts Available:

- Monday – Wednesday 3:00pm – 5:00pm | Secondary Support Worker
- Thursday & Friday 7:00am – 9:00am & 3:00pm – 5:00pm | Secondary Support Worker

Support includes community access, companionship,



supporting community participation and social participation ? Brighton East – SIL Support

We also have opportunities available within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment in Brighton East.

Shifts may include:

- Monday – Sunday: 6:00pm – 10:00am
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

- Secondary Support Worker

Previous experience working in a SIL environment or supporting clients with disability is highly regarded. ? Mentone

About the Client

We are seeking a Support Worker to support an adult male client living with a mild Intellectual Disability.

The ideal Support Worker will have good English communication skills and be confident supporting the client with everyday activities both at home and in the community.

Shifts Available:

- Monday & Wednesday 11:30am – 5:30pm | Secondary Support Worker

Support includes light domestic duties, such as vacuuming, meal planning, companionship, and support with community activities.

We are looking for Disability Support Workers to provide a variety of supports to people with a disability. You will aid with all aspects of daily living including personal care, domestic care, social and community participation, and transportation.

- Knowledge of supporting individuals with behaviours of concern
- Personal or qualified experience in disability support
- Medication support experience (or willingness to train)
- Mental health first aid experience is ideal but not required
