We are seeking a casual Casual Dispatch Assistant to support the productive shipping of our beautiful product to online customers and our 12 retail stores. Must have good availability from Mid October through to Mid February.

Based in our Head Office in Alexandria, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll ensure timely order processing, maintain stock integrity, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer commitments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Pick and Pack: Accurately process online and retail orders, ensuring products are packed and dispatched on time.
- Logistics: Manage parcel readiness, book couriers, and complete necessary paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
- Organisation: Keep warehouse tidy, restock packing stations, and improve storage areas.
- Stock Control: Assist with stock transfers, cycle counts, and report any discrepancies.
- Compliance: Follow OHS policies, report risks, and implement recycling practices.
- Collaboration: Support other departments and suggest process improvements during low-order periods.

ABOUT YOU

- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
- 6 months in a similar role,
- Experience with AusPost, DHL,



and international freight, basic Excel knowledge, and familiarity with CIN7 and Shopify Plus is preferred
- Strives to exceed expectations and ability to work to deadlines.
