About the Role

AGS Tullamarine is expanding! We are looking for an Experienced Dog Groomer or a hands-on Dog Grooming Manager to join our team.

Whether you are a seasoned stylist looking to step into management, or an experienced manager passionate about standard of care, this role offers an exciting career pathway: the chance to mentor, train, and become a certified Dog Grooming Teacher.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality grooming, styling, and breed clips across all dog breeds and coat types.

Handle dogs with gentle, low-stress handling practices.

(Managerial) Oversee daily salon flow, manage bookings, and maintain exceptional safety and hygiene standards.





Mentor apprentice groomers and assist with practical demonstrations for students as you step into a teaching pathway.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2+ years of professional grooming experience (salon or school environment preferred).

Confidence in breed styling, scissor work, de-shedding, and handling nervous or high-energy dogs.

Strong leadership qualities, patience, and clear communication.

A passion for education and sharing your craft with future groomers.
