We’re looking for a friendly and confident Door Host to join our team at Carousel Bar & Ballroom on Oxford Street.

The role is primarily based at the front door, welcoming guests, checking tickets/guest lists, taking entry payments and helping keep the entry running smoothly during busy nightclub trade.

We’re mainly looking for someone who is reliable, switched on, comfortable speaking with people and able to stay organised when things get busy.

The role

- Greeting guests and providing friendly front-door service
- Checking tickets and guest lists
- Processing door/entry payments
- Working alongside venue management and security
- Answering basic guest questions
- Keeping the entry area organised during busy periods

What we're looking for
- Friendly, outgoing and confident




- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a busy nightlife workplace
- Good communication and basic cash/EFTPOS skills
- Available Friday and/or Saturday nights
- Able to work late-night shifts
- RSA preferred

Shifts Primarily Friday and Saturday nights, generally starting around 10pm, with additional shifts potentially available depending on events.
