Last Man Standing is looking for a confident and friendly Duty Manager to join our team.

We’re a busy brewpub focused on great food, cold beer, functions, sport and creating a relaxed atmosphere for our customers. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well with a team and is comfortable taking charge of a shift when required.

THE ROLE

As Duty Manager, you’ll help keep the venue running smoothly during your shifts. You’ll work alongside our management, bar and kitchen teams and be a go-to person on the floor.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Opening and closing the venue
- Running bar and floor service during shifts
- Supporting and supervising the team
- Making sure customers are looked after
- Helping with functions and busy event days
- Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness
- Handling any customer issues professionally
- Following RSA and venue procedures
- Keeping the shift organised and running smoothly

ABOUT YOU We’re not looking for someone overly corporate — we want someone who is reliable, confident and good with people.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous hospitality experience
- Some experience supervising or leading a shift
- Current RSA




- RMLV and Approved Manager Licence preferred
- A positive and hands-on attitude
- Good communication skills
- Confidence working in a busy pub environment
- Availability across evenings and weekends
- The ability to have a laugh while still getting the job done

Previous Duty Manager experience is great, but we’d also be interested in an experienced bartender or supervisor who is ready to take the next step.
