About the role The Early Childhood Approach (ECA) is a pioneering NDIS partnership between TCHHS and the National Disability Insurance Agency, delivering early intervention supports to children aged 0-9 years across the Torres Strait and Northern Peninsula Area. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Early Childhood Coordinator provides culturally responsive, family-centred support for children, families and carers within a flexible transdisciplinary model. The role helps connect communities with services and supports positive developmental outcomes for children with developmental delay or disability.
Identified Role: Under Section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), it is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.

- Base salary comprising between $3,693.60 - $4,000.40 p.f
