MBS Remedial Massage Sydney is seeking a passionate and professional Sports Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to a therapist with strong experience in Remedial, Sports or Physiotherapy-based treatments, with a strong focus on client care, customer service and achieving excellent treatment outcomes. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with our clinic and develop strong, professional relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct thorough client assessments to identify areas of concern
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals
- Perform a range of remedial massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching and mobility techniques, and sports massage techniques
- Educate clients on treatment benefits and provide appropriate self-care and lifestyle advice
- Maintain accurate and detailed client treatment records
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client's experience
- Follow all clinic policies, procedures and professional standards
- Contribute to the smooth and professional operation of the clinic
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training

About you

- Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification
- Certificate IV therapists who are experienced and willing to continue learning will also be considered




- Physiotherapists or equivalent practitioners with a strong hands-on approach are encouraged to apply
- Physiotherapy and Osteopathy qualifications are highly regarded
- Strong hands-on treatment approach
- Experience in remedial massage, sports massage, stretching and strong treatment techniques
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming
- Friendly, reliable and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
