About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Blossom Properties in Riverstone, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our residential sales operations. As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our business, working directly with clients to understand their needs, showcase properties, and guide them through the sales process. This role is essential to our growth and success, offering the opportunity to build a rewarding career in residential real estate whilst working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

What you'll be doing

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective buyers and sellers
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed, persuasive property presentations to potential buyers
- Gathering client requirements and matching suitable properties to their needs and budgets
- Preparing property documentation, contracts, and sales materials in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Managing client databases and maintaining organised records of all communications and transactions
- Following up with leads and nurturing relationships to convert inquiries into sales
- Supporting marketing efforts by assisting with property listings, photography,



and promotional activities
- Collaborating with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction completion
- Staying informed about local market trends, property values, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Real Estate Industry Act and consumer protection laws
- Daily prospecting actives such as door knocking, cold calling

What we’re looking for

- A current or willingness to obtain a Real Estate Agent's Licence (NSW requirements)
- Proven experience in residential sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- A results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and digital marketing tools
- Genuine enthusiasm for real estate and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Reliability, integrity, and professional conduct in all client interactions
- A full, valid Australian driver's licence and access to reliable transport
