We are looking for a Civil Litigation Lawyer for a well-established boutique law firm based in Sydney CBD. This prospect will suit a lawyer who has developed a solid litigation foundation and is looking for broader matter exposure, closer client contact and increased responsibility. About the Role:

Work across a varied range of civil and commercial disputes Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and correspondence Undertake legal research and prepare practical advice Assist with mediations, negotiations and court preparation Liaise directly with clients, counsel and experts Qualifications:

2-5 years’ PAE in civil or commercial litigation Admitted in New South Wales or eligible to obtain a NSW practising certificate Sound understanding of court processes and dispute resolution Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills Proactive, commercially minded and keen to develop as a litigator We offer competitive salary, hands-on mentoring, direct client exposure and genuine career development.
