You will support technicians, allocate work based on skills and workload, and drive on-time completion while upholding high Lexus quality standards. You will liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts to ensure a seamless customer experience, maintain safety and drive efficiency. Previous experience in a premium dealership is highly regarded.
