Financial Services Regulatory

Lawyer at the 4+ year level.

Your recent role Will see you acting for a range of financial services providers, advise generally on the laws relating to the creation, marketing, delivery and administration of retail financial products,

advising in connection with the acquisition and disposal of regulated business

and advising in respect of resolution of compliance breaches.
