Key Responsibilities

Demonstrated experience providing senior-level technical support across infrastructure, cloud, network and end-user environments.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical incidents through to resolution.

Experience acting as an escalation point for support teams and providing technical guidance to engineers.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Robust knowledge of Microsoft technologies and modern IT environments, including cloud-based platforms and hybrid infrastructure.

Experience supporting and improving operational processes, documentation standards and service delivery practices.

Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the optimisation of client environments.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members to develop their technical capability and confidence.
