CRM Technical Solution Lead (Salesforce) Melbourne- Full Time

We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Solution Lead to take ownership of a complex Salesforce ecosystem spanning CRM, Marketing Cloud, integrations, and customer engagement platforms. About the Role As the CRM Technical Solution Lead, you will act as the technical authority across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, translating business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and Technology while remaining hands-on with configuration, automation, integration design and platform optimisation. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Solution Delivery

Design and build Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Develop advanced automation using Salesforce Flows and orchestration tools.

Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows and approvals.

Optimise Marketing Cloud journeys, segmentation and personalisation experiences.

Technical Architecture & Integration

Own end-to-end solution design across multiple platforms.

Design scalable integrations between Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and enterprise systems.

Support API and middleware-based integrations.

Ensure solutions align with best practice architecture and governance principles.

Platform Governance

Maintain platform security,



data integrity and system performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the CRM ecosystem.

Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce capabilities and future roadmap opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and deliver practical CRM solutions.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

Communicate complex technical concepts in a explicit and commercial manner.

What You'll Bring Essential Experience:

Deep hands-on Salesforce configuration experience

Experience designing and delivering End-to-end CRM solutions

Ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable:

Apex development knowledge

Data Cloud experience

AI, Agentforce or automation platform experience

Process improvement and transformation experience

Experience working with document management solutions (EDMS)

Certifications You will ideally hold:

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Salesforce Platform App Builder

Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
