Join Swimart Rose Bay, one of Australia's most trusted pool and spa specialists, as a casual team member. You'll be welcoming customers in-store, carrying out water testing, providing product advice, processing sales, and answering customer enquiries. This is a customer-focused role in a busy, fast-paced store environment where you'll help customers enjoy their backyards. No pool industry experience is required—we'll train the right person.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming customers in-store and creating a genuinely enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in
n
- Carrying out water testing and providing explicit, confident advice on the right products and solutions for each customer's pool or spa
n
- Processing sales through the POS system accurately and efficiently
n
- Answering phone and email enquiries with a helpful, professional manner

About you

- Previous retail or customer service experience
n
- Strong organisational and admin skills
n
- Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and email
n
- Great communication and sharp attention to detail
n
- Ability to multitask confidently in a busy, fast-paced store environment
n
- Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player
n
- Available to work weekends, which is a key requirement of the role
n
- Casual position with a flexible arrangement

- Above award rates of pay with applicable weekend loading
n
