Your duties will include:

n

n
- Primary weed removal across riparian and bushland areas
n
- Identify and remove invasive and priority weed species
n
- Conduct weed control using manual, chemical and mechanical methods
n
- Riparian area regeneration and rehabilitation works
n




- Native planting and revegetation of degraded areas
n
- Encourage and support natural native plant recruitment
n
- Safely use hand tools, brush cutters, sprayers, herbicides and machinery
n
- Monitor vegetation health, weed growth and regeneration progress
n
- Follow environmental legislation, safety procedures and council requirements
n
- Maintain accurate records of works completed and herbicide use
n

To be successful in this role, you might have:

n

n
- A Current Drivers' licence and own transport
n
- National Police Check
n
- White Card (required or willing to obtain)
n
- Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or Bachelors (Highly Desirable)
n
