BaptistCare is seeking a Manager Home Care Allied Health (Vic/Tas) to lead and grow our Home Care Allied Health services across Victoria and Tasmania. The role focuses on strategic growth, governance, and high-quality, person-centred care for older Australians at home.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive service delivery improvements, workforce development, and strategic partnerships while upholding clinical governance and regulatory standards.
