About the Role

Role Overview

n

As a Beauty Sales Expert, you will:

n

Conduct in-depth skin consultations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

n

Engage clients in our products and services, encouraging them to take advantage of current promotions.

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

n

Work collaboratively with our team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

n

Ideal Candidate

n

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and highly presentable individual who is self-driven and persistent. The ideal candidate will:

n

Have at least 2 years of consultative sales experience.

n

Demonstrate confidence, determination, and a tenacious attitude.

n

Maintain a smart and professional appearance.

n

Exhibit excellent communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.

n

About You

n





We are looking for a skilled Salesperson who thrives in a high-end Medi spa environment.

n

n
- Language Skills: English, both oral and written
n
- Qualifications: Certificate IV (or higher) in Beauty Therapy
n
- Experience: Minimum 2 year in a similar role
n
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with:n n
- Skin treatments (HIFU, Hydrafacial, LASER, RF, LED, Oxygen Therapy, etc.)
n
- Facial & shoulder massage techniques
n
- Skin analysis & consultation
n
