NRMA is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (Contact Centre) for a full time, hybrid role. You’ll be the first point of contact for roadside assistance calls, delivering empathetic support and accurate information while working from home with monthly engagement days at Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford.

Start date 9 November 2026. The role requires embracing a 3-week rotational roster including early, late, weekends and public holidays; training will be conducted at the office
