Whiddon is seeking a Community Care Coordinator in Tamworth for a 9-month fixed-term, full time position based in our Narrabri office with expected client-facing activities. You will oversee care plans, assess needs, develop goals, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality community care.

The role requires RN with AHPRA or equivalent, a current C-class license, and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
