Navarra Venues is seeking an organised and proactive

HR Coordinator

to join our team at our Head Office in Rozelle.

This is a hands-on HR administration role supporting the business across employee onboarding, Employment Hero administration, compliance and general HR processes.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous hands-on experience using Employment Hero. Candidates without Employment Hero experience will not be considered.

Key responsibilities will include:

Adding and maintaining employee records in Employment Hero

Managing new employee onboarding and ensuring all documentation is completed

Completing pre-employment checks, including reference and visa/right-to-work checks

Collecting and verifying RSA and right-to-work documentation

Running and preparing HR reports through Employment Hero

Following up outstanding onboarding and employee documentation

Monitoring leave requests and following up outstanding approvals

Assisting with leave liability reporting and administration

Monitoring probation end dates and following up with managers regarding probation reviews

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records

Providing general HR administration support across the business

Assisting with HR projects and other duties as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in HR administration or HR coordination

Highly experienced with Employment Hero – this is essential

Highly organised and detail-oriented





Comfortable managing confidential employee information

Proactive and confident following up with managers and employees

Able to work independently and manage competing priorities

Solid in administration and record keeping

Professional, approachable and solutions-focused

Experienced in hospitality or a multi-site environment would be advantageous

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator looking for a versatile

2-day-per-week role

within a growing hospitality business.
