A highly regarded architecture practice is looking to appoint an experienced Project Architect
to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and design-focused Architect to take genuine ownership of projects and work closely with clients across the full project lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong
local experience deliveringhigh-end residential projects , with the ability to confidently lead projects from concept and design development through to documentation, construction and completion. You'll be highly proficient in
Revit , with strong technical and documentation capabilities, a refined design aesthetic and the confidence to manage projects autonomously. You'll also have the opportunity to work across both the
architectural design and interior fit-out
of projects, with direct client and site involvement.
The role can be offered on either a full-time or part time basis.
KeyResponsibilities
Lead multiple projects from concept through to completion Take ownership of project delivery, programme and quality Work directly with clients,
consultants and contractors Develop concepts through to detailed design and construction Produce and oversee high-quality Revit documentation Coordinate consultants and manage project teams Work across both architecture and interior fit-out Be actively involved on site and throughout construction Contribute to the continued growth of the practice Skills &Experience;
Registered Architect
with a
Master of Architecture Experience within the Australian industry Strong experience delivering
skills with strong documentation capabilities Strong technical, construction and detailing knowledge Good understanding of planning processes and the BCA Strong commercial awareness and project management skills Confident communicating with clients, consultants and contractors Design-focused with excellent attention to detail Proactive, organised and comfortable working autonomously Benefits &Culture;
