Co-lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of an engaging, play-based program that reflects the EYLF V2.0 and the interests of our toddlers Share ideas, programming responsibilities and team reflection and continuous improvement for the wider room team Build genuine, trusting relationships with children and families, including day-to-day communication via Storypark Help lead our regular nature-based excursions to Creek Kindy, getting little ones outdoors and exploring Champion a safe, inclusive and child-safe setting in everything you do
