Well known multinational freight forwarder who offers training opportunities, and who has a history of staff retention.

The Position

Liaising with customers & internal teams to ensure adherence to SOP's

Monitor process flows and look for areas of improvement

Update all customer records in CRM system

Monitor purchase orders - daily basis

Ensure all urgent shipments are handled efficiently

Monitor and keep clients updated with shipment statuses/exceptions

Processing all shipment approvals & forwarding rates

Ensure customer review calls are completed weekly

Providing assistance and resolving customer complaints regarding service issues

The Requirements

Well developed freight forwarding experience

Ability to identify and meet customer needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Corporate presentation

Must have freight forwarding experience within the Australian market
