Prepare scopes of work and estimates for insurance repair projects Conduct site assessments and review damage reports Coordinate trades, suppliers and project schedules Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget and timeframe targets are met Liaise with insurers, clients and key stakeholders throughout the repair process Monitor variations, documentation and project outcomes About You





Qualified Carpenter with residential building experience QBCC Supervisor Licence or willingness to obtain Experience in insurance repairs, estimating or site supervision preferred Solid understanding of construction methods and repair scopes Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Excellent communication and organisational skills Driven, professional and committed to delivering quality outcomes If you're a qualified carpenter with insurance repair or residential construction experience and are looking for a role that combines estimating with end-to-end project management, we'd love to hear from you.
