As part of our sales team, you'll wear many hats. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience, from browsing the extensive selection to receiving expert advice and after-sales support. Whether it be on new equipment or looking for parts for their existing equipment.

Key responsibilities

Setting the standard for exceptional customer service and working together creating a positive, productive work environment

Working together on the group's marketing plan, including input into planning for upcoming events and sales

Collaborating closely with business owners to ensure the group meets targets and growth goals

Working with key stakeholders to meet their expectations and minimise downtime for their businesses

Guiding customers through the sales process, identifying their needs, and recommending the right products

Proficiently operating the POS system, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring accuracy

Analysing customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer service and team performance

Identifying and sourcing parts from various suppliers to fulfill customer orders and workshop repairs

About you

5+ years of sales experience with proven success in a customer-facing role, ideally in retail or the outdoor power equipment industry





Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor power equipment and a desire to share your knowledge with customers

Ability to build rapport, actively listen, and address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

Outgoing personality and robust communication skills with ability to clearly explain technical concepts and confidently engage customers

Proficiency in POS systems with experience operating point-of-sale software and handling transactions

Fast learner keen to adapt to new technologies, learn about products, and continuously improve skills

Knowledge of small engine products and experience with outdoor tools and equipment is a bonus
