We are seeking a dynamic, qualified casual Trainer and Assessor to assess CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support in a self-paced format. You will take charge of groups of students, assess them in practicals and assessment marking, and provide an amazing learning experience.

Key responsibilities

Assess, Guide and monitor self-paced training for CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support

Assess students in practicals, theoretical and work placement

Provide dynamic learning experiences drawing from extensive industry experience

Motivate, coach and mentor students to drive participation, progress and great outcomes

Follow thorough and rigorous assessment practices including sound application of the principles of assessment and rules of evidence

About you

Minimum of 3 years current industry experience relevant to training





Prior experience in training and assessment with current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

Vocational competence and currency in CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support

Excellent communication skills with skilled presentation and facilitation skills

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Confident, self-motivated and energetic with excellent time management skills

Ability to follow thorough and rigorous assessment practices including sound application of the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
