The role

This is a role for someone who loves leading from the front. You'll run the day-to-day of our Mount Waverley showroom, set the pace on the floor, and make sure every customer who walks in feels like the most important person in the room.

You’ll own the numbers and the experience in equal measure: coaching your team, driving sales, and keeping the showroom running beautifully. It's hands‑on leadership, where you'll sell, mentor and manage,



often all in the same day, and build the kind of team and service that brings people back and earns referrals.

What you’ll do

- Lead and coach your team on the floor, selling side by side and bringing out their best
- Own the full customer experience, from first hello to post‑purchase follow‑up
- Drive results across revenue, conversion rate and average order value, and carry your own targets too
- Run daily huddles, set priorities and keep the team focused and motivated
- Manage performance, development and accountability with care and consistency
- Keep the showroom beautifully presented and products accurately priced
- Stay on top of rosters, banking, stock counts, reporting and POS accuracy
- Open and close securely and keep the showroom running smoothly day to day
