An exciting opportunity has become available at our Bayanami Public School. We are recruiting an Educator. At TASK we strive to create joyful, secure, and inclusive child safe environments where children flourish outside school hours. This is a permanent, part-time Educator role offering 12 hours per week. The service has been approved for inclusion support funding, so this role exists specifically to provide dedicated support to children with additional needs alongside the wider programme.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting individual children with additional needs so they can take part fully in the programme

- Supervising and interacting with children aged 5 to 12 in enjoyable, secure and purposeful ways

- Confidently facilitating programmed activities

- Supporting routines like snack, homework and play

- Building strong relationships with families and school staff

- Working with your team to keep the space calm and respectful

What we're looking for:

This role suits an experienced educator. You are:

- Experienced in OOSH,



childcare or education

- Confident running programmed activities with a group

- Skilled at supporting the individual needs of children, with inclusion support experience an advantage

- Energetic, caring and reliable
- A strong communicator who works well in a team

You will need:

- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Completion certificate for Foundations of Child Safety Training (GECCKO)

- Current child protection training
