Role Description The Educator Skincare Representative internship is a hybrid role based in the Greater Perth Area, with a mix of on-site activities and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day, the intern supports product education by learning and communicating the features and benefits of Ainhoa skincare to customers, salon partners, and training attendees.

Responsibilities include assisting with skincare demonstrations, helping deliver educational sessions, preparing learning materials, and answering product-related questions in person and online. The role also involves supporting basic sales activities, maintaining product displays, gathering customer feedback,



and collaborating with the team on promotional and training events. This internship provides hands-on experience in professional skincare, customer education, and brand representation within a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in skincare, cosmetics, and skin health, with a willingness to learn brand-specific product knowledge.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for explaining product benefits and skincare routines to diverse audiences.
- Customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and a professional, approachable manner in person and online.
- Basic sales and promotional skills, with the ability to support product recommendations and events in retail or salon settings.
- Organizational and time-management skills to prepare educational materials, coordinate training sessions, and manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including reliable access to technology for remote tasks and flexibility to attend on-site activities in the Greater Perth Area.
- Prior experience or coursework in beauty therapy, cosmetology, retail, marketing, or health sciences is beneficial but not required.
