What You'll be doing:

Support people to prepare for, secure, and maintain employment

Build robust relationships with local employers and the community

Coach and motivate participants to overcome barriers and achieve their goals

Advocate for inclusive employment opportunities and celebrate success along the way

What we're looking for:

You may come from recruitment, sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, community services,



or another people-focused role. We're looking for someone who is:

To be considered, You'll need

- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current driver's licence and fully insured vehicle
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check, Blue card & MyID (Standard level)
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm)
