About your role

As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills (ENAS), you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients receiving maintenance haemodialysis within the Kidney Dialysis Unit at Redland Hospital.

Provide advanced, evidence-based nursing care within your scope of practice.

Apply specialist knowledge and skills in renal and haemodialysis nursing.

Operate haemodialysis equipment and monitor patients throughout their treatment.

Identify, respond to and escalate clinical risks and changes in patient condition.

Contribute to quality improvement, education, mentoring and clinical leadership.

About you

We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse who brings advanced clinical capability, specialist renal knowledge and a strong commitment to person-centred care.

Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and experience in haemodialysis nursing.

Strong knowledge and competence in the operation of haemodialysis machines.

Ability to assess, document and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.

Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

Strong communication, teamwork, leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs.
