Paddington Medical Centre, a well-established and independently owned practice in Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our busy treatment room team. If you’re looking for a rewarding part time role with a supportive and welcoming team, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

This permanent part-time position is available to start ASAP. You’ll be stepping in to replace one of our valued nurses who is moving on to a new opportunity.

Key Experience We’re Looking For:

- Wound management

- Immunisation (including travel, childhood, flu, and COVID vaccinations)

- Developing catch-up immunisation schedules

- Vaccine management

- ECG monitoring

- Triaging patients

- Assisting with minor procedures

- Ear irrigation

- Coordinating patient reminders and recalls

- Sterilisation and maintenance of clinical equipment

- Infection control

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Has previous general practice experience (essential)

- Demonstrates strong clinical competency

- Can multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- Works well independently and as part of a team

- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Is reliable, adaptable, and a great time manager

- Current AHPRA Registration and Indemnity

- Proof of vaccinations and preventable diseases

- Current CPR Certificate

- Experience with BestPractice Software (Preferred)

Availability:

Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with potential additional hours for covering sick leave and annual leave.

Remuneration:

Competitive and based on experience, in line with award conditions.
