Community Collective is growing, and we’re looking for confident, motivated people-focused individuals to join our Sales & Travel Teams, with opportunities available both in Brisbane and across our FIFO Travel Sales campaigns.

Travel Sales Team (Limited Positions)
- Travel Australia approximately every 4 weeks
- Flights and accommodation covered
- Full time hours
- Face-to-face B2B and residential sales
- Work alongside a driven, social team

- Must be Brisbane-based or willing to relocate
Brisbane Sales Team
- Monday–Friday, full-time hours
- Face-to-face sales across Brisbane
- Full training and ongoing coaching
- Clear progression into leadership
- Immediate starts available

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous sales experience. We’re looking for people who are:
- Confident and comfortable speaking to new people
- Competitive and motivated by targets
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Driven to earn, improve and progress
Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, events, leadership or the trades can be a great advantage, but it’s not essential.
