Development Manager - Masterplanned Communities

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager - QLD, you will be responsible for a large-scale masterplanned community comprising residential land lots, local centres including apartment living, a neighbourhood centre, community infrastructure and more. With the project currently planning for the first stage, this role offers the opportunity to shape the project from the ground up, with a clear pathway to step into a Senior Development Manager role and lead the project team as the project progresses.

Requirements / Experience





- Relevant tertiary qualification in property, construction, engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience in residential land development management position.
- Strong communication and reporting skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing a project 'end to end' and delivering on project outcomes.
- Passion to succeed and progress your career.
