About the Role

n

We're growing our team and are seeking experienced E&I; Technicians and Hazardous Areas Electriciansto support the delivery of the Santos CMS Projectin the Cooper Basin.

n

Working a 2:2 FIFO roster, you'll play a key role in the installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems across critical oil & gas infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering essential energy projects in a safety-focused environment.

With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you'll contribute by:

- Install, maintain,



test and commission electrical and instrumentation systems.
n
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical and instrumentation equipment.
n
- Conduct loop checks, calibration, fault finding and commissioning activities.
n
- Install and maintain hazardous area electrical equipment in accordance with relevant standards.
n
- Interpret electrical schematics, loop diagrams, P&IDs; and technical drawings.
n
- Troubleshoot faults across instrumentation, control and electrical systems.
n
- Complete maintenance records, testing documentation and quality inspections.
n
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with site safety procedures, permits and compliance requirements.

Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:

n

n
- Unrestricted Australian Electrical Licence.
n
- Experience working as an E&I; Technician and/or Hazardous Areas Electrician within oil & gas, energy, mining or heavy industrial environments.
n
- Strong understanding of instrumentation, electrical systems and process control.
n
- Experience commissioning, testing and fault finding.
n
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and loop diagrams.
n
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
n
- Current White Card and Driver's Licence.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
