We are partnering with a well-established civil construction business to recruit an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of projects across the Perth metropolitan area, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a respected contractor. This position will initially commence as a contract opportunity, with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. The Role as a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising civil construction crews, plant and subcontractors
Coordinating daily site activities and project resources
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements
Managing site productivity and maintaining project schedules
Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Liaising with project managers, engineers and subcontractors
Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with relevant safety requirements
Providing leadership and support to site personnel

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
5+ years' experience within civil construction, preferably in land development
Previous experience supervising civil works and site crews
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and planning abilities
The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Construction White Card
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Permanent Australian working rights
A background operating civil machinery or progressing from an operator into supervision will be highly regarded.
