Assistant Store Manager

to join our team at

Essendon DFO , supporting the Store Manager in driving store performance, leading a high-performing team, and bringing the Coach brand to life every day.

About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated customer experience while supporting all aspects of store operations. You will lead from the front, inspire your team to achieve sales goals, and foster a positive and inclusive culture that reflects the Coach brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader looking to further develop their management career within a globally recognised luxury retail brand.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, KPI, and profitability targets

Deliver exceptional customer experiences and champion Coach's luxury service standards

Lead, coach, and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement

Drive clienteling initiatives and build long-term customer relationships

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning

Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards

Ensure operational excellence, compliance,



and loss prevention practices are maintained

Act as Store Manager in their absence, confidently overseeing daily operations

About You

You are a motivated retail leader who thrives in a rapid-paced customer-focused environment.

To be successful, you will have:

Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader role

Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs

Strong coaching and people leadership skills

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Experience working in premium, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle retail environments is highly regarded

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities

Tuesday to Saturday roster
