We are looking for a Family Lawyer with 2+ years’ PAE to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will have carriage of your own files, commensurate with your experience, and work closely with the Principal and wider team. The role offers: Direct, hands‑on mentoring from an Accredited Specialist Principal Carriage of your own parenting and property matters Exposure to complex, high‑value and interesting family law work A reasonable and achievable billable‑hours target Genuine administrative and paralegal support Paralegal assistance with intake, file opening, disclosure, indexing and filing Regular opportunities to work with a diverse pool of experienced counsel, experts,

You will ideally have: A minimum of 2 years’ PAE practising predominantly or exclusively in family law A current NSW practising certificate Strong drafting and analytical skills Confidence communicating with clients and other practitioners Excellent attention to detail The ability to take responsibility for your own matters while seeking guidance when appropriate Sound judgment, initiative and a willingness to develop your advocacy and strategic skills A genuine interest in family law and engagement with the profession A practical and empathetic approach to helping clients navigate difficult and often complex periods in their lives We are particularly interested in lawyers who are ambitious about developing their family law practice and want to become technically strong, commercially minded practitioners.
