Victorian Territory Sales Representative You'll manage and grow an existing portfolio of Victorian accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities across bars, restaurants, hotels, and retailers. Based out of the South Melbourne office, you'll spend the majority of your time in the field across your territory. This is a hands‑on, field‑based sales role for someone who genuinely enjoys being in the market, building relationships, and representing brands they can be proud of.

Key responsibilities

Conducting regular face‑to‑face customer visits across your territory

Building strong relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels and retailers

Growing sales within existing accounts and driving repeat orders

Identifying, approaching, and converting new business opportunities

Conducting tastings and product presentations

Providing product education and staff training

Supporting menu placements, ranging opportunities and brand activations

Identifying and supporting events and activations

Providing feedback on competitors, market trends and opportunities

Maintaining accurate CRM notes, follow‑up and account plans

About you

A minimum of 3 years' sales experience

Robust relationship‑building and communication skills

Good organisation and follow‑up skills

Confidence presenting products and conducting tastings

An interest in premium spirits and hospitality





The ability to contribute ideas and market insights

A current Australian driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

Experience in spirits, hospitality, FMCG, or luxury goods will be highly regarded, as will an existing network or client portfolio within the Victorian hospitality industry
