We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the owners at a private residence, regenerative farm and office in Brunswick Heads. We work in step with the land and with the people around us. Our team is small, warm and genuinely hands-on.

Key responsibilities

Managing the Founder's local diary

Booking health and wellbeing appointments and keeping the week running to time

Supporting the property's owners with their calendars, bookings and requests

Running personal errands and personal administration for the family and the farm

Working alongside the Farm Maintenance Team and the Events Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless property, household, farm and event operations

Building strong relationships with guests, clients and employees

Booking trades and contractors, meeting them on site and following works through to completion

Supporting the property team with scheduling,



utilities and service providers

Vehicle administration across the fleet including servicing, registrations, inspections and renewals

General admin including invoicing and payments, maintaining records, registers and filing systems

Office and onboarding support for new employees

About you

Experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant

Previous supervisory or team management experience.

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Tech savvy and strong AI use and experience

Strong organisation and time management for a fast paced and dynamic work workplace.

Strong attention to detail.

A love of animals and nature.

Australian work rights, a current driver's license and motor vehicle
