What We're Looking For:

Experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Multi-Unit Leader in a fast‐paced hospitality environment.

n

Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant management experience is required.

n

A solid business mindset - you know how to drive sales, control costs, and maximise profitability.

n

A people‐first leader who can build a strong, motivated team and create an amazing workplace culture.

Passion for food, flavour, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

The ability to hustle, problem‐solve, and keep cool under pressure—because let's face it, peak hour gets intense!

Valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa required.
