We're now offering an opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our multi‐franchise Springwood dealership, supporting a dynamic team across leading brands.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the on‐site Parts Manager, you'll play a key role in the day‐to‐day leadership and performance of the Parts Department. You'll support and mentor a small team of Parts Consultants and Interpreters, work closely with Sales, Service and Pre‐Delivery teams, and help drive both customer satisfaction and department profitability.

n

This position offers high autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a genuine impact while working with modern systems, evolving technology, and multiple franchises.

What You'll Bring

n

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

n

n




- Minimum 2 years' experience within an automotive Parts Department
n
- Forklift ticket favoured
n
- Experience working in multi‐franchise environments
n
- Strong exposure to inventory control, stocktake processes and accuracy
n
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across departments
n
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment
n
- Proven ability to drive profitability and meet KPIs
n
- Confidence adapting to changing technology, systems and market demands
n
- Leadership capability with a focus on team development and positive culture
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
